Mom's Sneaky Mix!
The creative way to get kids to eat their fruits & veggies.....Guaranteed!

Mom's SNeaky MIx is easy peesy lemon squeezy! :)

Mom's Sneaky Mix is 76.7% whole grains. A combination of Whole grain wheat flour, Millet flour,
Brown Rice flour, Flax Seed Meal, Cinnamon, Unevaporated Cane Juice, baking soda.

The Famous Muffin Recipe

Step 1. to 3 cups mix ** simply add, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup canola oil and the pulp of any combination of
fruits and veggies to equal 1- 1 1/2 cups. Add gradually to your batter up to 1 1/2 cups.
(If batter is too thick simply add water 1 tablespoon at a time until batter is right. )
(a combination I use is... spinach, lettuce, apple, carrot, radish, broccoli, beet, a few cherry
tomatoes or 1 small tomato, small summer squash,1/4 red bell pepper, pear.) I know it sounds
crazy but it works! Think outside the box! :)
HOT TIP! (psst! you can also use dehydrated items that are ground to a powder in your blender.
1/2 cup dried fruits or veggies is used  )

Step 2. Mix well and pour batter into greased muffin pans. bake in preheated oven of 350
degrees for approx 11-13 minutes.

Step 3. Optional:  When cool top with a glaze of made of honey and Lemon or orange juic1/2
cupe.
1/2 cup honey and 3 tablespoons of either honey or lemon juice.

**this amount makes a lot of batter with the fresh fruits/veggies that will make 48 mini muffins,
or 24 standard muffins.
(**you can use 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup Flax Seed
Meal)

YUMMY!

for a interesting variation...add mini chocolate chips and no glaze or frosting for truly healthy
muffins. The kids won't know what hit them but you will! :)

I first created a whole grain all purpose mix to solve a serious nutrition problem
in my own family 4 1/2 years ago.

My family were terribly hooked on junk foods of all kinds. sigh.

But I took their love of pancakes, muffins and cakes etc and developed a simple whole grain mix. In the years since
I have shared and given away hundreds of pounds of mix I did by hand in my kitchen. Mom's all over the nation have
tested and now use this product with success. And one thing to note is, after a little while the kids want to help
make these healthy items! My kids now make the fruit/veggie pulp and we bake together. How cool is that?

Brownies        

Preheat oven to 350

lightly grease a 8x8 pan

What you need:

1 1/2 cups Mom's Sneaky Mix
(or 3/4 cup all purpose flour and 3/4 cup
whole wheat flour)
2 eggs
5 oz dark baking chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup Aguava Syrup (sugar alternative)
or 1/2 cup unrefined sugar )

melt butter and baking chocolate over low
heat until completely melted and smooth.

Mix in medium bowl Mom's Sneaky Mix,
eggs, Aguava syrup and melted chocolate
until completely blended.
Pour batter in pan and bake for 20 minutes
or until top is dry and sides begin to pull
away.

Top with the following:

1/2 cup Aquava Syrup, 2 Tablespoons
baking chocolate powder mix until smooth.
If too thin add 1 tablespoon cream cheese
and mix well.
Variation:
Add 1/4 cup cream cheese to batter. YUM!
